"Do you really want her to answer that?" Hotch asked and Reid couldn't help but answer, "No. Not really." But he was to late. Krys had already heard the question and was ready to answer. At first he felt good about her answer, but then she said he was skinner and he felt bad, for one second. Then he recovered and in the only way he knew how to he replied, "Actually it is physically impossible to be that thin. You would be on the break of death, if you were. And even then it would be possible because of your bone structure, whoever you would be able to see every bone and..." he could have gone on and on getting off topic and going on for hours about nothing in particular bit by the looks he got from the others around him he didn't say anything else.
After his magic trick he was filled with pride. Emily wasn't to happy with her voice, or her sex change, but he knew that she was impressed by his trick. Actually it was one of the only things he could do that didn't have to do with being smart that he knew people where amazed by. Even though his high IQ helped him preform and figure out many of the tricks he had seen.Even Hotch was amazed by it, though you had to look pretty close to see it. He liked most of Reid's tricks, even when he almost hit him on the head with a film role and distracting not only his co-workers but the whole BAU.
By far the one who was the most amused by the trick was Krys, though. She was almost pouncing out of her skin trying to figure out how to do it. Smiling he respond. "A magician never gives up his tricks." But it seemed she had other ideas of how to figure it out. In fact the trick was very simply. It just had to do with holding two puppets at the same time and making sure no one saw the first second one then causing a distraction so he could switch them out. It was kind of easy when he was holding the cup of coffee in one had, making for the prefect hiding place. When Krys asked him to do it again he was fully prepared to do it again, hoping that he could still do it with out her seeing the switch, since she, and everyone else around, was going to be watching to see how he did it. Luckily Hotch couldn't go two minutes with out thinking about work giving him an opportunity.
"I've finished." Reid muttered, not really trying to brag that he was already done. Instead he just wanted to let Hotch know that he had "permission" to be goofing off. Even though he had another file he had been procrastinating to do. When Krys gave everyone their puppets Reid looked at his a little closer. Actually it did look a lot like him. He was impressed. The all looked pretty close to each other. He thought that the one with JJ and Henry was the best, even though it wasn't quite right. He just liked the fact that Krys had added his god son in. That was what JJ was about now, Henry and Will, and he was happy for her.
Looking back at the table Reid saw the Kate one, that looked the most realalist, maybe because she spent everyday with her. Taking the opportunity, hoping that Krys was still distracted from the guilt Reid knew she had to be feeling about keeping them from their work, the guilt Hotch had put on her. He held up the Reidsicle and in his normal voice said, "I don't believe I'm a genius, but I do have an IQ of 187, an edict memory, and can read 20,000 words per minute." It was his way of making fun of himself. He laughed rather loudly, not causing as good of a distraction as before, but he wasn't really good at this whole puppet show thing. Then the next second it was Kate in his hand. "And I... don't" He said in the same high voice he had used for Emily trying to make Kate seem as stuck up as she seemed to be ti him.

"Fess up?" Garcia chimed almost defensively. "I dare say, my sweet, that you should know me well enough to be able to tell which ones I did and whether it was Krys or I who thought of the batteries," she gave Derek a rather coy smile, even as she was handed the lovely little sparkly stick. The Garciacicle. She grinned down at it excitedly and then looked over to Krys. "Thanks," she chirped happily, bringing the little wooden thing close to herself with hands that held it warmly.
It was as if she gave the thing an embrace.
Hotch spoke up, then, and reminded them of all the work that they had left. Reid, being Reid, had finished his already and Garcia shot him a jealous glare. Oh, if only she could be a whiz in both tech stuff and reading. That would make her unstoppable. She still had quite a bit of files she needed to finish herself. The blasted uppers needed to know everything she did during investigations.
Like they could understand her genius. "Why do you have to remind us?" She asked in a mock-sorrowful tone to Hotch, though quickly held her tongue. It was something about the way he did not smile often that made Garcia feel as if she should not jest with him. That saying such things would upset him further.
Actually, part of her was quite certain that if paperwork was skipped, they could help more people. Why did the government have to know everything about the cases anyway? That was the hacker side of her. The Technical Analyst side for the BAU was more thoughtful on the matter at hand. If they didn't have files like this, her job would be a whole hell of a lot harder.
So, she finally let out a sigh. "I will get on it." She muttered. Still, the blonde made no move to head back to her dark little room. She was quite contented to hover there. It was something she did often, perhaps. Nonetheless, until Hotch or someone else asked her to leave, she assumed she would stand right there. Besides. She had just bought some wicked cute shoes that needed to be seen. And sitting with her feet under her desk all day was not allowing them to be.
She reached over and finally grasped a coffee from Emily, smiling in thanks. Oh. This might make the rest of the day bearable.

"I think that you thought of the batteries," Morgan said, grinning a charming smile as he leaned closer to her ear. "And I think that revenge is a bitch, baby girl. Be afraid." Derek Morgan winked and leaned back against the door frame, taking a sip of coffee.
"Thanks, Prentiss." Morgan said, sending an appreciative smile her way as his mind landed back on the files still on his desk. Those files were probably imitating bunnies by now - multiplying at a rate unseen on most of planet earth. It always seemed to happen when he procrasinated.
"I don't know about the rest of you, but these puppets are great, Krys." Morgan nodded to their guest. "Except that I think my arm might be falling off, and you probably should have found bigger batteries. Otherwise, spot on." He gave her a thumbs up, still sporting a killer smile, no pun intended.
