"You know there’s got to be a faster way to do this. How about we just change the first question to ‘have you recently dated a homicidal pyromaniac?’"

Roleplay Sample: On the horizon, a lone car was driving, heading south at a speed that made it seem like the driver was trying to get away from whatever was behind them.
The Driver was a young twenty four year old brunette female, Her Name was Rachel. She breathed in deeply, as she gripped the wheel of her beat up jeep, driving down the road towards Bon temps. It was heart-breaking for her, leaving everything she knew in Ohio for this small rural town but it was necessary, so ....they wouldn't find her. Her head throbbed in pain, she groaned but had to deal with it.
She had been driving all day, her gaze was focused on the road but she now noticed, it was getting dark, anxiety and fear, crept through her veins like poison. Quickly shaking her head, no this was not the time to think of them, she would start fresh and away from them, they were the past. She speed past a sign, in bold lettering it said WELCOME TO BON TEMPS.
"Finally" was all she said, whilst a small smile appeared her face. She turned down a road with a sign stating a motel wasn't that far away. At least she would be in soft bed tonight but would she be able to sleep, she feared she wouldn't, she sighed as she drove into the parking lot of what seemed to a small white building, the paint looked like it was fading and chipping away. She groaned, this place had seen better day but it would have to do for a few nights. She parked the jeep then killed the engine, before opening the door and stepping out.
Before she took her suitcases out of the back, she would hopeful find a room, but from the sounds she could hear, shouting, children's laughter and other sounds which she didn't want to hear, she groaned in disgust as she entered the main building, not that far away, she could hear beds banging against walls, a red tinge spread across her face.
There was a young women, maybe in her late teen, or early twenties sitting behind the desk, with a bored expression on her face. She had over sized headphones over her ears, her music was blaring loudly as Rachael approached the desk. She tried to clear her throat then cough to get the young women attention but all attempts failed.
The Young woman, looked up catching the person standing in front of hers gaze, grunting in annoyance, she quickly turned off her music as she didn't want another complain against her. Her boss, would likely fire her, if that happened. She smiled which seemed to rachel as false and lacked an warmth, trying to be as nice as possible, as she spoke "Welcome to Sleep easy Motels, how many nights will it be, since it obviously only you"
'What the, how rude was this girl, what about the southern hospitality I had heard about, where was it?' she thought angrily, she quickly answered "Just three nights" before pulling out her purse which was larger than normal, as she had taken most of saving out this morning, knowing full well, they could track her if she used her cards.
"That will be $45 in total" the young woman replied almost with a meaningful tone, Rachael quickly paid, pulling out the notes needed to pay before she was given a key with the number eight engraved on it. "You're in Room Eight that near the back, just turn right out that door" she said pointing to the door on the far right side of the room. Rachael nodded before heading back to her car and retrieving her two suitcases and then locking her car.
Room Eight was probably the smallest motel room, she had ever seen, as she stood on the threshold of the room, she could see one bed, a door leading to a bathroom, a table and couple of chairs. sighing as entered the room, closing and locking the door, behind her. 'Damn' she thought, how could it have come to this.
